1. Eligibility

2. Originality & Ownership

• All submitted designs must be 100% original and created by you.
• You must not upload content that is copied, stolen, or violates any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• You confirm that you have full rights to use all elements included in your designs (fonts, images, graphics, etc.).

3. Content Guidelines

• Designs must meet Crafty’s quality and community standards.
• The following content is strictly prohibited:
  Offensive or harmful material
  Misleading or false content
  Copyrighted or trademarked material without proper rights
Crafty Art reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any design

4. Submission Requirements

• All designs must be created using Crafty tools.
• Only high-quality, properly formatted templates should be submitted.
• Crafty Art may request modifications or remove content that does not meet standards.

5. Pricing & Earnings

• Template pricing is decided by Crafty Art experts based on quality, creativity, and usability.
• If your design is purchased, you will receive 100% of the template amount.
• Crafty Art reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

6. Payments & Withdrawals

• Earnings will be credited to your Crafty wallet.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹10,000 (INR).
• Withdrawal requests are subject to standard processing timelines.
• Users must provide accurate bank/UPI details.
• Crafty Art is not responsible for delays due to incorrect payment information.

7. License & Usage Rights

• By uploading designs, you grant Crafty Art a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute your templates on the platform.
• You retain full ownership of your designs.

8. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.
• Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

9. Termination

• Violate these terms
• Upload plagiarized or harmful content
• Misuse the platform

10. Modifications

• Crafty Art may update these terms at any time.
• Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Crafty Art is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from the use of the platform.
