Crafty Creators – Contributor Agreement

1. Contribution of Content

• You may upload and publish templates, designs, and creative content (“Content”) on Crafty Art.
• All content must be created using Crafty tools and comply with platform guidelines.

2. Ownership & Rights

• You retain full ownership of your submitted Content.
• You grant Crafty Art a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to :
  Display
  Promote
  Distribute
  Make your designs available to users on the platform

3. Originality & Responsibility

• You confirm that your Content is original and created by you.
• You must not upload content that:
  Infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights
  Contains unauthorized images, fonts, or assets
• You are solely responsible for your Content and any legal claims arising from it.

4. Content Review & Approval

• Crafty Art reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any Content at its discretion.
• We may request modifications to meet quality or platform standards.

5. Pricing & Sales

• Pricing of templates is determined by Crafty Art expertsbased on quality and market demand.
• Crafty Art may update pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Earnings & Revenue

• You will receive 100% of the amount earned from the sale of your templates (subject to platform policies).
• Earnings will be credited to your Crafty wallet.

7. Payments & Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹10,000 (INR).
• Withdrawals are processed based on platform timelines.
• You are responsible for providing accurate bank/UPI details.
• Crafty Art is not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect details.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Upload copied or plagiarized designs
• Misuse the platform for fraudulent activities
• Upload harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content

9. Termination

• You violate this Agreement
• Your content infringes rights or breaks guidelines
• You misuse the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Crafty Art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• We do not guarantee sales, earnings, or visibility of your content.

11. Changes to Agreement

• Crafty Art may update this Agreement at any time.
• Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
