Crafty Creators – Content License Agreement

1. Ownership of Content

• Creators retain full ownership of the designs, templates, and creative assets they upload (“Content”).
• This Agreement does not transfer ownership to Crafty Art.

2. License Granted to Crafty Art

• Host and store your Content
• Display and showcase your designs on the platform
• Promote your Content for marketing and promotional purposes
• Distribute your Content to users through the platform

3. License Granted to Users

• The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. to :
  Use and edit the template for personal or commercial purposes
• Users are not allowed to:
  Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original template
  Claim ownership of the original design
  Upload the template to other platforms for resale

4. Creator Responsibilities

• You must ensure that all Content is original and legally owned by you.
  You must have rights to all elements used (fonts, images, icons, etc.).
• You are responsible for any legal claims related to your Content.

5. Content Review & Removal

• Crafty Art reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any Content.
• Content may be removed if it:
  Violates intellectual property rights
  Does not meet quality standards
  Breaches platform policies

6. Pricing & Distribution

• Pricing of templates is determined by Crafty Art experts
• Crafty Art may promote, feature, or distribute your Content to increase visibility.

7. Earnings

• Creators receive 100% of the revenue from purchased templates (subject to platform policies).
• Earnings are credited to the creator’s wallet.

8. Termination of License

• If you remove your Content or your account is terminated:
  Crafty Art will stop offering the Content for new purchases
  Existing users may continue to use previously licensed templates

9. Limitation of Liability

• Crafty Art is not responsible for misuse of templates by end users.
• We do not guarantee sales, visibility, or earnings.

10. Changes to Agreement

• Crafty Art may update this Agreement at any time.
• Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.
